When is the best time to schedule a maternity session?

The ideal time for maternity photography is between 28–34 weeks of pregnancy. During this period, your baby bump is beautifully defined while you are typically still comfortable enough for movement and posing.

Where does the maternity session take place?

I specialize in on-location maternity photography. Sessions can take place:

• At your home
• At an outdoor location
• At a rented natural-light space (if requested)

Outdoor sessions offer soft, natural light and elegant backdrops. In-home sessions create intimate, lifestyle-focused imagery.

Do you have a studio?

I do not operate from a traditional studio. I work exclusively on-location, allowing for more natural, personal, and authentic maternity images.

Do you provide maternity outfits?

Yes. A limited selection of maternity gowns and dresses is available for client use. These pieces are chosen to photograph beautifully and flatter different body types.

You are also welcome to bring your own outfits, and styling guidance is provided prior to the session.

What should I wear?

Flowing dresses, fitted gowns, soft neutrals, and textured fabrics photograph exceptionally well. Avoid busy patterns and heavy logos.

A wardrobe guide is shared before your session to help you prepare confidently.

Can my partner or children join the session?

Yes. Partners and siblings are welcome to participate. Including family members adds warmth and emotional depth to your gallery.

How long does a maternity session take?

Most sessions last 45–90 minutes, depending on location changes and outfit variations.

Do you guide posing?

Absolutely. You will receive gentle direction on posture, hand placement, angles, and movement to ensure flattering and natural results.

Is professional retouching included?

Yes. Selected images include professional retouching:

• Skin refinement
• Color balancing
• Minor blemish removal
• Subtle tonal enhancements

The final images remain natural and timeless.

How many photos will I receive?

Image quantity depends on your selected package. Each gallery is curated to provide a balanced mix of portraits, close-ups, and emotional moments.

When will I receive my photos?

• Proof gallery: 3–5 business days
• Final edited images: 5–10 business days after selection

Rush delivery is available upon request.

Do you offer newborn photography?

Yes. Newborn sessions can be booked separately or planned in advance to ensure availability after delivery.

How do I reserve my session?

A signed agreement and retainer are required to secure your date. Booking in advance is recommended, especially during peak seasons.

What if my baby arrives earlier than expected?

Scheduling flexibility is built into maternity sessions. Adjustments can be made if your timeline changes.
